About the Role

We're looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to operate modern equipment on regional dry van routes throughout the United States. You'll handle freight that requires zero manual loading or unloading—our dispatchers match you with loads that work for your lifestyle, whether you prefer weekly or bi-weekly home time. This is steady, consistent work with pay you can count on.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes, maintaining safe following distances and compliance with all DOT regulations
• Transport sealed dry van freight with zero touch responsibility—freight is loaded and unloaded by warehouse staff, not drivers
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting maintenance needs and road conditions
• Manage logs, fuel records, and documentation in compliance with FMCSA rules and company standards
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedule, traffic, and any operational issues
• Deliver loads on time while maintaining professional customer interactions at drop points

What We're Looking For

• Active CDL-A license with a clean driving record and no disqualifying violations
• Minimum 2+ years of commercial driving experience (recent verifiable work history preferred)
• Willingness to pass DOT medical certification and background screening
• Professional communication skills and reliability—you show up, and we show up with steady paychecks
• Interest in regional routes over long-haul, with commitment to home time schedules
