Ryder is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional driving positions based in Bon Aqua, Hickman County. This is a full-time opportunity to earn competitive compensation while maintaining a predictable schedule that prioritizes time with your family.
About the Role
We're looking for professional CDL-A drivers to join our team of transportation experts. In this regional truck driving position, you'll operate modern equipment on established routes that allow you to return home on a regular basis. Our drivers are essential to our operations, and we invest in your success through training, support, and career advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently on regional routes throughout the service area
- Complete deliveries within established timeframes while maintaining excellent customer service
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety requirements
- Manage logbooks and maintain professional communication with dispatchers and customers
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a comprehensive package designed to reward your expertise and dedication:
- $1,350 per week in guaranteed earnings
- $29.00 hourly rate
- Per diem allowance of $50 per night for approximately 3 nights weekly
- Home every other night schedule with predictable routing
- Company-arranged hotel accommodations for required overnight stops
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage (eligible after 30 days)
- 80 hours of paid time off annually
