Clark Transfer, headquartered in Portales, New Mexico, is looking for experienced CDL-A Owner Operators to join our over-the-road dry van fleet on a full-time basis. If you have a minimum of 2 years of OTR experience and own your own equipment, this role offers annual compensation between $175,000 and $225,000.

For over 75 years, Clark Transfer has been a trusted logistics partner to the entertainment industry. We transport equipment and materials for Broadway productions, touring bands, theater companies, and large-scale events. As one of our Owner Operators, you'll haul dry van freight across North America with the security of consistent work and established client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Operate your own tractor-trailer in over-the-road service throughout North America
- Transport dry van freight for major entertainment projects and events
- Maintain DOT compliance, detailed logbooks, and vehicle safety standards
- Coordinate with dispatchers regarding pickup, delivery, and load updates
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and manage maintenance scheduling
- Control operating costs while maximizing efficiency and profitability
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of over-the-road trucking experience
- Ownership or arrangement of your own dry van tractor-trailer unit
- Demonstrated reliability, safety awareness, and professional conduct
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with dispatch
- Prior experience in entertainment freight an asset
