Position Summary

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our over-the-road (OTR) dry van operations. This is a full-time position with Big M Diesel Express in Paragould, Arkansas. As a Company Driver at Big M Diesel Express, you will enjoy industry-leading benefits and competitive pay.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive OTR dry van trucks to deliver goods across the country
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies
• Work with a personal dispatcher who knows your name, home address, and more
• Utilize E-logs for efficient record keeping
• Ensure timely delivery of cargo while maintaining safe driving practices

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A experience required
• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Strong communication skills for interaction with dispatchers and customers
• Prioritization and organization skills for managing multiple routes
• Physical ability to perform the duties of a CDL-A driver
