What This Role Involves

This role offers a dynamic and varied environment where you can contribute to the success of our expanding retail team. As a Casual Merchandiser at StrikeForce Alliance, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of product displays in various retail environments
• Maintaining high standards of presentation for products across different categories
• Collaborating closely with store managers and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Adhering to company policies and procedures while performing your duties

Core Duties

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Setting up new product displays in a timely manner
• Maintaining existing displays by restocking, rotating products, and ensuring they are visually appealing to customers
• Assisting with inventory management tasks such as counting stock levels and reporting discrepancies
• Providing excellent customer service while interacting with store visitors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A proactive attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising techniques
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle for travel between stores (if required)
