What You'll Do

• Process customer purchases and returns accurately and efficiently at checkout stations

• Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine courtesy, creating a positive impression
• Build product knowledge and use it to answer questions and suggest solutions
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely benefit customers
• Handle cash, card payments, and digital transactions securely
