King Law Offices, PC is hiring a full-time Case Manager for our Greer, Greenville County office. Supporting attorneys across Family Law, Estate Planning, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation, you'll manage client matters, coordinate case activities, and ensure excellence in every legal proceeding.
About the Role
As a Case Manager at King Law Offices, PC, you'll serve as a key operations professional in our growing legal practice. You'll work across multiple practice areas in our Greer office, managing case files, client communications, and key deadlines while supporting our attorneys and serving clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Manage case files, documentation, and discovery materials across multiple matters
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel on behalf of the firm
- Assist with client intake interviews and onboarding
- Conduct legal research and prepare documents supporting attorney work
- Track court deadlines, hearings, and critical case milestones
- Help attorneys prepare for trials, depositions, and hearings
- Maintain accurate case records and billing information
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or case manager
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with legal case management software and standard office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court operations
- Ability to handle multiple cases and shifting priorities effectively
- Professional judgment and commitment to client confidentiality
