About the Role
As a Caregiver for Seniors with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll provide essential personal care and support to help seniors maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work around your schedule while being part of an organization committed to exceptional, compassionate care. What You'll Do
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report on client health, safety, and well-being
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with care coordinators
- Support seniors' independence and quality of life in their home environments
What We're Looking For
- Compassion, patience, and genuine dedication to senior care
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant caregiving certification preferred
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks
- Reliable transportation (location-dependent)
- Background check and health screening requirements
