About the Role
As an Industrial Electrician with Arcadia Paper Mill, you'll be the hands-on expert who keeps electrical systems energized across our Saint Helens, Oregon facility. This is an on-site, full-time position offering competitive hourly pay between $50.00 and $56.00 and steady, year-round work for a skilled, licensed tradesperson.
Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical systems, wiring, and components throughout the paper mill.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machinery and power distribution running reliably.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Work safely around industrial equipment while following all relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support continuous mill operations.
Qualifications
- A valid Oregon or Washington State Electrical License is required — applicants without a current license cannot be considered.
- Hands-on experience as a journeyman or industrial electrician, ideally in a manufacturing or heavy-industry setting.
- Solid knowledge of installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
