The Benefits Marketing Analyst will support the service teams in creating communication materials for Carrier & Vendor Partners and partner with the service team to ensure that all client initiatives are executed precisely and flawlessly.
Requirements
- Partner with sales and service teams to understand the client’s goals leading into the RFP process
- Complete the carrier/vendor marketing process from conception to completion for clients of all sizes with varying lines of coverage and funding types
- Be engaged and aware of the latest product offered by carriers
- Organize client census, plan design information and other data to send to carriers
- Review carrier proposals for accuracy and completeness
- Summarize RFP responses into a client ready presentation
- Work with General Agent (GA) partners for small group marketing process outsourcing
