About the Role

As a Business and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Support specialist with People Technology And Processes, you will work alongside the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Alternate Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) to keep contract administration accurate, compliant, and on track. This on-site position in Semmes requires an active SECRET security clearance and a sharp eye for cost, pricing, and acquisition detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the COR and ACOR in performing cost and price analyses, developing supporting documentation as needed.
• Collect, review, and process incoming responses tied to contract and acquisition actions.
• Help maintain organized records and documentation that uphold contract compliance standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure contracting activities align with federal requirements and program goals.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and analytical assistance across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET-level security clearance is required.
• Experience supporting contract administration, acquisition, or COR/ACOR functions.
• Working knowledge of cost and price analysis methods and contract documentation practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Semmes, Alabama.
