About the Role
You'll serve as the financial and administrative leader of our business office, overseeing billing operations, insurance claim processing, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your work ensures accurate patient accounts, timely revenue collection, and the financial controls that enable our facility to focus on resident care.
What You'll Do
- Manage patient billing cycles, accounts receivable, and insurance claim submission and follow-up
- Oversee payroll processing, staff records, and administrative scheduling
- Ensure facility compliance with long-term care billing regulations and healthcare standards
- Maintain accurate, secure patient account records and financial documentation
- Lead and coordinate business office staff daily operations
- Monitor facility budget performance and provide financial reporting to leadership
- Process vendor invoices, manage facility expenses, and reconcile accounts
- Support clinical and administrative teams with financial data and administrative support
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing healthcare billing and patient accounts in nursing facilities
