Job Summary
The Strategy & Operations Analyst will support strategic initiatives, operational reporting, and business analytics across the Professional Services organization. This role is responsible for developing dashboards and reporting solutions, analyzing operational data, supporting executive business reviews, and delivering actionable insights that improve business performance and customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Sigma, strong SQL and Snowflake knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Sigma
- Build and optimize data models, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking to support operational and strategic initiatives
- Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis
- Utilize Snowflake to support reporting workflows, data analysis, and scalable analytics solutions
- Perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends, operational insights, risks, and opportunities across Services operations
- Support recurring business reviews, including QBRs and executive-level presentations for leadership stakeholders
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Professional Services, Digital Onboarding and Knowledge Management
- Lead or support strategic and operational initiatives aimed at improving customer outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue performance
- Assist with forecasting, operational planning, and KPI development
- Create standardized reporting processes and improve automation to reduce manual effort and increase reporting accuracy
- Support special projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational transformation efforts
- Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, operations, or related roles.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
- Experience with Sigma or similar cloud-based analytics and reporting platforms.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying and transforming large datasets.
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse technologies.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis.
- Experience developing executive-ready presentations and reporting materials.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate cross-functionally.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience within SaaS, subscription-based, or technology organizations preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM operations & workflow automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field preferred.
