• Conducting virtual consultations with clients
• Assessing clients’ needs and imparting knowledge on solutions
• Cultivating lasting client relationships through consistent, periodic check-ins
• Completing related administrative tasks (like note taking, appointment setting, etc.) as needed

Core Duties

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting virtual consultations with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assessing clients’ needs and imparting knowledge on the best course of action for them.
• Maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust.
• Handling administrative tasks such as note-taking, scheduling appointments, and other related duties as required.
