The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced bartender to join our team at Brickhouse in Graceland West, Illinois. As a Bartender at Four Corners, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer orders
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure all bartending procedures comply with company standards and local regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Interact professionally with customers to create a positive atmosphere for guests

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a hospitality setting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various personalities
• Certification or willingness to obtain certification in food safety and alcohol service
