The Opportunity
A fast-paced and dynamic business, Savor Group is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team at Amano in Auckland. As the backbone of our venue, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that all operational standards are met.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of bar areas and supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a secure cash drawer
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational protocols
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a bar or restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of local drinks and mixology techniques
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
