About This Position

As a Brand Art Director at SYFE, you will be responsible for leading and driving the creative vision that aligns with our brand identity and values. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns and visual assets that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in design and messaging
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Create compelling and engaging designs that reflect SYFE's mission of empowering individuals to build wealth through a holistic approach to managing money
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into visually appealing and effective design solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, branding, and marketing to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Brand Art Director or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding, design, and marketing projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for creating impactful visual content that drives brand awareness and engagement
