Assurance Care & Support Services Inc is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver specialized behavioral assessment and support services in Blawenburg. This part-time position is available on a virtual or in-person basis.
About the Role
As a BCBA with Assurance Care & Support Services Inc, you'll apply your expertise in behavior analysis to evaluate current strategies, design targeted interventions, and help individuals achieve meaningful behavioral outcomes. What You'll Do
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of existing behavioral strategies and interventions
- Perform functional behavioral analyses to identify factors driving behavior
- Develop individualized positive behavioral support plans grounded in evidence-based practices
- Train and supervise staff on proper implementation of behavioral interventions and protocols
- Conduct periodic reviews and data analysis to measure progress and refine treatment approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated support
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Solid foundation in applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based treatment methodologies
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences, including clinical and support staff, family members, and clients
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail and data interpretation
- Experience conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and training clinical teams preferred
