About the Role

As a Bilingual Sales Advocate at Mobilelink USA in Austin, you'll be the welcoming face of one of our local Cricket stores, helping a diverse customer base find the right wireless plans, devices, and accessories. Because this role is bilingual, you'll connect with English- and Spanish-speaking shoppers alike, delivering service in the language they're most comfortable with. This is a full-time, on-site position with uncapped earning potential through our generous commission structure — the harder you work, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs
• Recommend and sell Cricket Wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories that fit each customer
• Drive personal and store sales goals while maximizing your commission earnings
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Maintain an organized, inviting store environment that reflects the Mobilelink brand
• Stay current on the latest devices, promotions, and service offerings

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• A passion for sales, customer service, and hitting targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward commission-based goals
• Availability for full-time hours at our Austin location
• Prior retail, wireless, or sales experience is a plus, though we provide full training
