Join Great American Insurance Group as a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual French) in the Specialty Equipment Division, serving customers throughout the United States (nationwide) (nationwide). In this full-time position, you'll manage insurance documentation, handle phone and email inquiries, and deliver solutions to keep businesses operational when equipment emergencies occur.
About the Role
Our Specialty Equipment Division is building a dedicated contact center team, and we're hiring representatives who are bilingual in French and English. You'll be the voice of customer service, processing documents, answering calls, and managing correspondence for our growing client base. Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming insurance documentation and input customer information accurately into internal systems
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound contact to address customer questions, follow up on paperwork, and resolve account issues
- Review and respond to customer correspondence received through email channels
- Investigate customer concerns ranging from straightforward to moderately complex; escalate more involved matters to senior staff members
- Determine appropriate solutions that balance customer satisfaction with company policies
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement resolutions
- Update customer account records based on each service interaction
- Organize and prioritize work activities to meet business objectives within established guidelines
- Participate in team initiatives and contribute feedback to strengthen processes and customer experience
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Fluency in both English and French: must speak, read, and write both languages proficiently
- Minimum three years of customer service or contact center experience, with demonstrated strength in data entry, email support, or live chat assistance
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong keyboarding skills capable of 7,000+ alphanumeric characters per hour

This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly, Monday through Friday. You'll work one of two shifts: 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM PST or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
