Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling and storage at the front desk
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
• Manage key control and access for hotel guests
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle check-in, check-out, and other administrative tasks related to bell services

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Basic knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Prior experience as a bell attendant or similar role is advantageous but not mandatory
