We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at Costa Coffee in Gravesend, Kent, UK, UK. As a full-time employee working 30 hours per week over five days, you will be responsible for crafting great coffee and providing memorable experiences for our customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Serving high-quality coffee to customers with a warm and friendly attitude
Cleaning and maintaining the café area in a clean and organized manner
Working flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday from 08:00-21:00 and Sunday from 09:30-17:30
Preparing and serving food items as required by the store’s menu
Assisting with shift changes and ensuring smooth operations during peak times

Skills & Qualifications

Passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
