Responsibilities

• Keep ice bins filled and all glassware, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools properly stocked for the Earth Lounge
• Wash, polish, and arrange glassware so clean items are always available during service
• Clear empty bottles, trash, and recyclables promptly and return them to designated areas
• Wipe bar surfaces, clean equipment, and sweep floors to uphold hygiene standards throughout the shift
• Help with pre-shift setup of the bar station and complete thorough breakdown after last call
• Move inventory boxes and supplies from storage to the Earth Lounge as stock levels drop
• Monitor product levels and communicate shortages quickly so service never stalls
