About the Role

As an Auxiliar de Produção (Production Assistant) at Agilidade Lo, you will play a hands-on part in our daily manufacturing operations in the US. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with production-line machinery, values quality, and thrives in a structured industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production-line machinery in the industrial area following the instructions and guidelines provided.
• Assist with positioning, loading, and collecting packaging at the machine's control points.
• Monitor the quality of manufactured items through basic visual and dimensional inspection.
• Support machine setup and preparation by carrying out established routine procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to keep the line running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and follow standardized production routines and safety practices.
• Attention to detail for performing basic visual and dimensional quality checks.
• Ability to handle the physical, hands-on demands of an industrial production setting.
• A reliable, team-oriented approach and openness to following supervisor guidance.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in the US (this is not a remote position).
