About the Role

As Automotive Service Manager at our Bensalem location, you'll oversee the complete service department, from vehicle intake through final delivery. You'll manage technicians, coordinate customer service, and ensure every job meets our high standards. This full-time position puts you at the center of our retail automotive business.

What You'll Do

• Lead all service department operations and coordinate daily workflow
• Hire, train, and supervise a team of automotive technicians
• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnoses to identify repair needs
• Manage customer communications and handle service inquiries
• Oversee tire inventory and parts management
• Maintain shop safety standards and quality assurance protocols
• Track service metrics and operational performance

What We're Looking For

• Extensive background in automotive service management or automotive repair supervision
• ASE Certification or recognized automotive technician credentials
• Expert knowledge of vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repair
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Customer service focus with problem-solving ability
• Ability to thrive in a retail service environment
