About the Role
As an Automotive Airbrush Technician on our second shift in Oklahoma City, you'll play a hands-on part in preparing vehicles to meet Carvana's high standard of quality. This role is centered on precise color-matching, paint preparation, and detailed airbrush work that helps each vehicle look its best before it reaches a customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and accurately color-match vehicle paint to achieve a seamless, factory-quality finish.
- Mix and prepare paint to the correct specifications for each job.
- Apply airbrush techniques to touch up and refinish vehicles with care and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work area throughout the 2nd shift.
- Inspect completed work to confirm it meets Carvana's quality expectations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of professional automotive painting experience.
- Proven ability to color-match, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles to a high standard.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Availability to work a full-time, second-shift schedule on-site in Oklahoma City.
