About the Role
You'll lead the integration and cloud strategy for our Digital Transformation & Innovation practice. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll own the design and deployment of enterprise-grade integration solutions, orchestrate complex workflows, and establish cloud infrastructure standards on Azure. Your work directly impacts how our clients modernize their operations and optimize business processes through intelligent automation.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement enterprise integration patterns connecting mission-critical systems
- Build workflow orchestrations that automate complex business processes
- Define and configure Azure cloud environments aligned with enterprise security and compliance standards
- Lead system-to-system communications architecture and implementation
- Establish best practices and standards for automation and infrastructure across client engagements
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor team members on cloud platforms, integration technologies, and automation methodologies
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
- Hands-on proficiency with Azure cloud services and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Strong background in workflow automation and business process optimization
- Leadership experience guiding technical initiatives and mentoring development teams
- Knowledge of system architecture, API design, and cloud-native solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
