About the Role
As an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee at Safelite, you'll participate in a thorough onboarding program designed to develop you into a fully qualified glass service professional. Upon successful completion of training, you'll earn your SafeTech certification and be prepared to perform independent glass repair, replacement, and recalibration work.
What You'll Do
- Perform windshield and automotive glass repairs and replacements under supervision
- Learn proper glass removal and installation techniques for various vehicle models
- Assist with vehicle recalibration and safety system adjustments
- Support senior technicians in service delivery and customer interactions
- Follow established safety procedures and quality standards on every job
- Document work completed and maintain accurate service records

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to commit to full-time work schedules
