About the Role
As an Audience Development Manager at Fox, you'll lead initiatives to attract, retain, and expand our viewer base across digital and broadcast platforms. Working within our network of 29 full-power television stations across the nation's top markets, you'll develop and execute growth strategies that connect audiences to compelling programming and build lasting engagement.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement audience development campaigns that drive viewership and engagement across multiple platforms
- Analyze audience data and viewing trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies
- Manage social media channels, digital content, and promotional campaigns to build community around our programming
- Collaborate with programming, marketing, and creative teams to maximize reach and audience connection
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our strategies competitive and forward-thinking
- Track performance metrics and present insights to leadership to guide strategic decisions
- Develop relationships with digital platforms and partners to expand distribution and audience touchpoints
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in audience development, content marketing, or digital audience growth
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in audience metrics and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and departments
- Creative thinking combined with strategic planning and project management skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and audience analytics software
- Understanding of broadcast television, media, or entertainment industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
