Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Australian mortgage broking or loan processing (broker side)
- Strong understanding of loan lodgement, supporting documents, lender portals, and follow‑ups
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong communication skills for liaising with brokers, clients, and lenders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage turnaround times
- Experience using mortgage CRM tools
