What You'll Do

• Lead customer service on the sales floor, assisting shoppers and managing checkout operations
• Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining product visibility
• Coach and support team members, ensuring they have what they need to succeed
• Monitor store condition, cleanliness, and adherence to visual standards
• Handle register operations, payments, and cash accountability with precision
• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking and receiving
• Respond to customer concerns and work toward quick resolution
• Maintain a welcoming, organized store environment during peak and off-peak hours

What We're Looking For

• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Natural ability to communicate clearly and connect with customers and team members
• Demonstrated leadership potential or willingness to develop leadership skills
• Physical capability to stand, move, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied schedules as store needs require
