Associate Nurse Manager – Infusion

UCHealth is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Manager to lead our outpatient infusion center in Falcon, El Paso County, Colorado. In this full-time, on-site position, you will oversee nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, and ensure exceptional care for patients receiving infusion therapy in our oncology department.

About the Role

As the Associate Nurse Manager - Infusion at UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, you will manage day-shift operations in our outpatient oncology infusion department. You'll lead a team of nursing professionals, ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards, and coordinate seamlessly with physicians and care team members to deliver high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise nursing staff in the infusion therapy department, fostering professional growth and accountability
• Organize patient scheduling and workflows to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements for oncology infusion services
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans and care delivery
• Manage staffing needs, assignments, and resource allocation to support optimal patient care
• Create and maintain a compassionate, safe environment for patients undergoing infusion therapy

What We're Looking For

• Active Colorado RN license with preferred experience in infusion therapy or oncology nursing
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical staff in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Sound knowledge of infusion protocols, oncology patient populations, and outpatient nursing operations
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities across diverse patient and professional groups
• Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment while maintaining quality and patient focus
• Dedication to safety, compliance, and continuous quality improvement
