Core Duties

• Support the lead superintendent by directing routine field tasks and sequencing work for multiple trades.
• Coordinate labor resources, material deliveries, and equipment usage to keep schedules on track.
• Observe construction progress, document milestones, and flag potential delays or quality concerns for prompt resolution.
• Uphold occupational safety rules, conduct regular site walkthroughs, and reinforce compliance across workers and subcontractors.
• Facilitate toolbox talks, track incident reports, and promote a culture of hazard awareness.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, photographs, and status updates that inform leadership decisions.
• Assist with punch-list preparation, final inspections, and handover coordination as phases conclude.
