• Provide the highest level of guest experience with a passionate, talented group of product guides.
• Create a brand experience in alignment with Arc’teryx's Vision, Purpose, and Values.
• Develop your team to ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Encourage outdoor exploration and hands-on learning about the product performance.
• Inspire team members through your commitment to education and sharing of product knowledge.
• Prioritize personal and professional goals, driving profitability through guest and team engagement.
