• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Aid in the development plans to support individual and team growth.

• Create memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty by representing Sur La Table’s brand and culture.

• Stay current on products and actively engage in available training to maintain expertise.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Adept at coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for culinary arts.

• Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in retail management is preferred but not required.
