About This Position

The Assistant Facility Director plays a critical role in supporting the overall operations and maintenance of facilities at The Michaels Organization. Reporting to the Facility Director, this position is responsible for ensuring that all facility-related activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management tasks including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage the budget for facility operations and expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain facilities.
• Develop and implement facility improvement plans.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
