Join United Air Temp as an HVAC Sales professional in Belle Isle, Florida. This is a full-time sales position where you'll lead customer relationships from first contact through contract signing, driving revenue growth and business expansion in the competitive HVAC market.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, you'll own the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial HVAC customers. Your focus is identifying customer needs, presenting customized cooling and heating solutions, and closing deals that exceed targets. This role combines consultative selling with closing excellence to build United Air Temp's customer base and reputation in Orange County.
What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments to understand customer comfort and efficiency concerns
- Conduct professional consultations, evaluating existing HVAC systems and presenting tailored solutions
- Navigate pricing, financing, and service options to win customer confidence and close sales
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and contracts in company systems
- Develop repeat business and referrals by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure customer expectations are met after sale
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, home services, mechanical systems, or similar industries
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical products in customer-friendly terms
- Customer-focused mindset with genuine interest in solving comfort problems
- Persistence and resilience—comfort with objection handling and the sales process
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit customer sites
- Willingness to learn HVAC fundamentals and United Air Temp's product line
