Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Arboriculture Ground Operative to join our hardworking and professional team. This role involves delivering forestry and grounds maintenance services with a focus on maintaining the health and appearance of trees and landscapes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, and other vegetation in public and private areas.
• Assist in planting, pruning, and removing trees as required.
• Carry out ground maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to the highest standards.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.

Requirements

• Aged 18 or over with a valid UK driving license (essential).
• Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects are required.
• A flexible approach to working hours with a willingness to occasionally work outside of standard 7am-3pm shifts.
