• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities related to the role
• Support the Associate Process Manager in managing day-to-day operations

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to listen and comprehend information effectively
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for process optimization
• Experience in graphic design services or related field is advantageous but not mandatory
