About This Position
The Alliance Manager at Resultant is a key player in building and maintaining strategic relationships with Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, and Snowflake. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing named counterparts across various verticals including sports and gaming, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, state/local government, commercial, and public sectors.
- For Databricks: Engage with commercial and public sector AEs, SEs, Channel Account Managers, and Practice Leads. Ensure Resultant is the go-to partner for data and AI implementation.
- For Google Cloud Platform: Develop relationships with Partner Development Managers, Customer Engineers, and field AEs across Workspace, Cloud infrastructure, and GCP-native AI/data services (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker, Apigee). Maintain coverage in both commercial and public sectors.
- For Snowflake: Build connections with Channel AEs, Solution Engineers, and industry GTM leads. Actively participate in the partner ecosystem through joint account planning and co-selling activities.
Coordinate monthly or bi-weekly touchpoints with partners, maintain an updated relationship map of named contacts at each partner using HubSpot, and register opportunities in their respective portals—Databricks Partner Connect, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, and Snowflake Partner Network. Originate pipeline through proactive account mapping, field team co-selling, joint QBRs, and presence at partner-hosted events.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your day will involve a mix of relationship management and strategic planning. You will be responsible for:
- Registering and managing opportunities in each partner’s portal with clean deal-registration discipline from first contact through close.
- Coordinating monthly or bi-weekly touchpoints with partners to ensure ongoing engagement.
- Maintaining an updated relationship map of named contacts at each partner, tracked in HubSpot.
- Registering and managing opportunities in Databricks Partner Connect, Google Cloud Partner Advantage, and Snowflake Partner Network.
- Originating pipeline through proactive account mapping, field team co-selling, joint QBRs, and presence at partner-hosted events.
