This full-time position ensures safe, reliable air transportation for Cabinet Members, senior military leaders, and visiting foreign dignitaries.

As an Aircraft Mechanic II, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and servicing aircraft that support highly sensitive HQ United States (nationwide)AF operational missions. Your work directly impacts the safety and mission readiness of aircraft transporting some of the nation's most senior officials. You'll engage with advanced aircraft systems, troubleshoot complex mechanical challenges, and maintain the highest standards of precision and accountability in every task.

What You'll Do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance according to military and FAA specifications
• Conduct thorough inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems and components
• Execute repairs and modifications while maintaining strict compliance with technical documentation
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and logs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity
• Collaborate with engineering teams and flight crews to resolve technical challenges
• Support mission-critical aircraft readiness requirements with precision and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Current or eligible United States (nationwide) security clearance required
• Experience as an Aircraft Mechanic or equivalent aviation maintenance background
• Knowledge of aircraft systems, powerplants, avionics, and hydraulics
• Proficiency with aircraft maintenance documentation and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability
