Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this role you will develop and optimize machine learning models from concept through production deployment. You will collaborate with data scientists to productionize experimental models, implement scalable training pipelines, and integrate AI capabilities into existing software platforms. Daily tasks include writing clean, maintainable Python code, fine-tuning large language models, monitoring model performance in live environments, and continuously improving system accuracy and efficiency. Requirements

Strong candidates will possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field. You should have 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production ML systems, with deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP. A solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control, and CI/CD practices is essential.
