Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate BD Manager to join our dynamic team at OKX. As an Affiliate BD Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing affiliate campaigns, expanding influencer resources, and optimizing business development strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work with a global brand that is shaping the future of crypto.

What You'll Do

• Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns.
• Build new affiliate networks and improve performance of existing affiliates.
• Expand influencer resources in local markets to bring trading users and income to the platform.
• Identify potential affiliates through creative strategies.
• Optimize business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure high conversion rates.
• Analyze user habits and behavior, and judge trends in business development.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years of affiliate marketing/business development experience in the cryptocurrency space.
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish.
• Familiarity with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude.
