Aerie – Merchandise Leader

Aerie, part of American Eagle Outfitters, is hiring a Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) at our Pleasant Prairie location in Kenosha County. About the Role

The Merchandise Leader serves as the key support partner to the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring the store maintains strong visual standards that reflect the Aerie brand. You'll oversee the execution of floor sets, manage product placement and display updates aligned with current marketing initiatives, and keep the store environment welcoming and fully stocked for customers. This is a part-time position where your organizational skills and attention to detail directly shape how guests experience our store.

What You'll Do

• Execute seasonal and promotional floor sets and merchandise displays to reflect Aerie visual standards
• Manage product replenishment, ensuring inventory is accessible, well-organized, and ready for customers
• Coordinate merchandising updates aligned with marketing campaigns and brand direction
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader in maintaining consistent brand presentation across all store departments
• Collaborate with the store team to balance visual appeal with operational efficiency
• Monitor product placement and adjust displays to optimize presentation and customer flow

• Prior retail, visual merchandising, or related experience is a plus
