About the Role

As an Acoustic Ceiling Estimator, you'll play a central role in evaluating and pricing acoustic ceiling projects for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. Your expertise will directly drive project profitability and client satisfaction across a growing portfolio of work.

What You'll Do

• Review project specifications, blueprints, and site plans to determine material and labor requirements
• Conduct on-site assessments and measurements for accurate project scoping
• Prepare detailed cost estimates that balance precision with competitiveness
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients throughout the bidding process
• Track industry pricing trends and material costs to keep estimates current
• Support the estimating team on complex or multi-phase projects

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an acoustic ceiling estimator or project estimator in construction
• Strong command of takeoff software and estimating tools
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents with precision
• Sound understanding of acoustic ceiling systems, installation methods, and labor productivity
