Guthrie is recruiting an Activity Fund Clerk for a full-time position in our Finance department, located in Guthrie, Oklahoma. This role centers on accounts payable management, invoice and billing statement review, and maintaining professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Join Guthrie's Finance team as an Activity Fund Clerk in a full-time capacity. With a 261-day work schedule, you'll manage core accounts payable functions while reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional committed to precision in financial operations and building strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze invoices and billing statements for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before processing payments
• Execute accounts payable operations, including payment processing, record maintenance, and transaction documentation
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, faculty, and staff regarding payment statuses and account matters
• Process payments according to established procedures and timelines to maintain operational continuity
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all activity fund transactions and financial documentation
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills when interacting with all stakeholders on payment-related issues
