Highmark Health is hiring a full-time Account Support Analyst – Broker Experience (SES) in Concord, Merrimack County, to deliver hands-on support that keeps producers and broker partners running smoothly.
About the Role
As an Account Support Analyst on the Broker Experience team within Sales Enablement Solutions at Highmark Health, you'll serve as a dependable point of contact for producers, helping them navigate the day-to-day processes that keep broker partnerships productive. Based on-site in Concord, Merrimack County, this position blends problem-solving with attention to detail across both routine and more complex broker support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide brokers through the onboarding process and answer questions along the way.
- Assist with commission coding, investigate discrepancies, and help resolve broker overpayment issues.
- Support ongoing portal maintenance to keep producer-facing tools accurate and current.
- Handle a mix of standard and non-standard requests tied to the broker experience.
- Communicate directly with producers to ensure their needs are addressed promptly and clearly.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple support requests at once.
- A detail-oriented approach to data, coding, and reconciliation work.
- Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with brokers and producers.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a sales enablement environment.
- A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn broker processes and systems.
