Account Manager I – Wholesale

Lumen seeks an Account Manager I - Wholesale to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This is a full-time position where you'll build and maintain key wholesale partnerships that drive revenue and serve the customers who depend on our network.

About the Role

As an Account Manager I - Wholesale at Lumen, you'll manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, developing strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You'll serve as the primary contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and partnership success.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture wholesale account relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and revenue growth potential
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction and long-term retention
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and account fulfillment
• Monitor account performance metrics and report on key indicators and account health
• Develop proposals and presentations tailored to wholesale partner needs
• Conduct periodic account reviews and strategic planning sessions with key clients

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven relationship-building ability
• Account management or sales experience in a wholesale, B2B, or enterprise setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and handle competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in learning our network infrastructure and service offerings
• Reliable transportation and availability to work onsite in The Woodlands
