Account Manager / Consultant – Digital

LINGNER.COM is hiring an Account Manager / Consultant - Digital in Heilbronn to lead independent digital consulting for international market leaders, where social media, web, and AI visibility come together as one strategy. This is a full-time, permanent role with an immediate start.

About the Role

As an Account Manager / Consultant - Digital based in Heilbronn, you take ownership of your own client accounts and act as a trusted sparring partner for international B2B customers across the full digital spectrum — from social media projects to the ongoing care of their online presences. Working hands-on at both the strategic and operational level, you collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary teams in creation, concept, and development to move projects forward. If you have already gained agency experience, understand the rhythm of day-to-day client work, and are ready to manage your own budgets, this position is a strong match.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage international B2B clients from initial briefing through to reporting
• Steer projects and retainers, including timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
• Advise on social media, digital communication, web presences, and AI Visibility (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Co-develop and present concepts, campaign strategies, and recommendations
• Run social media campaigns, content formats, and paid social activity, turning reporting into concrete next steps
• Maintain and continuously improve clients' websites
• Scout digital trends and identify suitable AI tools

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of agency experience focused on digital communication, social media, and web
• Proven track record of owning client relationships and handling agency day-to-day work confidently
• Strong presentation, communication, and a self-assured manner with clients
• Solid grasp of social media and digital communication concepts
• Genuine interest in AI Visibility and brand presence in AI-driven search
• Hands-on experience with common CMS platforms and steering web projects
• A degree in marketing, communication, (online) media management, or a comparable field — expertise and commitment matter most
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and deriving actionable recommendations
• Strong brand understanding plus experience in brand positioning and development
• Structured, reliable working style with initiative and a hands-on attitude
• Team spirit, a solution-oriented approach, and eagerness to keep learning
• Fluent German and English
