About the Role

In this full-time position, you'll be the essential partner to our Store Team Leader, owning the merchandising vision that brings American Eagle's brand to life on the floor. You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring every section reflects our brand standards while maximizing sales potential. This is a role where your leadership directly shapes how customers experience our brand every single day.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies aligned with company guidelines and seasonal campaigns
• Lead floorset execution, ensuring visual standards are met with precision and consistency
• Train, coach, and mentor your merchandising team to master visual standards and product knowledge
• Monitor inventory levels and product placement to optimize sales performance and customer experience
• Collaborate with store leadership on promotional displays and seasonal transitions
• Maintain brand standards across all customer-facing areas and support the overall store aesthetic
• Build a culture of merchandising excellence and empower your team to take ownership

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or similar leadership role
• Strong ability to train, develop, and motivate team members
• Solid understanding of merchandise planning and inventory management principles
• Excellent eye for detail with commitment to maintaining brand standards
